BLDL-GT8-30

The BoscoLighting 30W GT8 is an IP54 LED recessed downlight for projects that need strong, consistent light output. It fits a 165mm cutout and suits open plan living areas, retail stores, hotel corridors and hospitality fit-outs. The IP54 rating protects against splashes and dust, so it also works in amenities and covered outdoor areas that see the odd bit of moisture. The standard COB version gives a bright output with an 80 degree beam, and a diffused SMD version is available for a softer, glare free finish. Finished in white, it's easy to install, wipes clean and holds up well in regular commercial use. Dimming options can be arranged on request. Q: How do I request IES photometric files for Dialux or Relux schedules?

A: Photometric IES files are available for our downlight ranges upon request. Contact your account manager directly to receive the photometric data for your lighting layout.

Q: What is the difference between CRI 80 and CRI 92, and which do I need?

A: CRI measures how accurately a light source reveals true colours compared to natural daylight. CRI 80 is a common trade standard for general commercial spaces, corridors, and utility areas. CRI 92 delivers stronger colour accuracy across the spectrum, making timber, finishes, paint, and artwork appear more vibrant and natural. Specify CRI 92 for architectural homes, retail, and high-end commercial fit-outs; use CRI 80 for back-of-house or budget tenders.
